The 2021 harvest has begun !<\/strong><\/p>\n The harvest started on this Tuesday, August 24 in our Languedoc vineyard, with our white grape varieties. The Gewurztraminer and the Sauvignon Blanc were part of the first pickings, and closely followed by the Grenache Gris, Chardonnay and Cinsault in the next days. The harvest will end by the red grape varieties, with the Cabernet Sauvignon and the Mourv\u00e8dre.<\/p>\n The vines took their time this year, and have reached maturity with a small week late.
