Preparation
• Arrange rocket salad on platter
• Chop peaches finely and arrange them on the rocket salad
• Drop the Mozzarella
• Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice
• Sprinkle with Fleur de sel and pepper
• Serve immediately!
