New creation signed by Les Jamelles!

After several years of testing new vinification techniques at our winery in Monze, we are very proud to launch our very first Les Jamelles cuvée with no added sulphites!

How to produce such a wine? The grapes, in perfect health, were harvested at their peak of ripeness and brought to the winery, protected by dry ice, in order to prevent oxidation. Constant attention was required then during the vinification and ageing process to avoid the development of undesirable bacteria and prevent the wine from oxidizing.

What is the interest of this kind of wine? Proposing a more natural wine that will display remarkably intense and distinct expression of the fruit.

And why such a name ‘Minimalist*’ and such a spare label? To illustrate our minimal intervention on the wine! Let’s concentrate on the wine flavours and nothing else :)!
