Catherine Delaunay continues highlighting Languedoc’s terroirs with a brand-new cuvee in the “Selection Parcellaire” range.

A few meters away from the Les Jamelles winery located in Monze, in the southeast of Carcassonne, Catherine Delaunay felt in love with a small plot of fifty-year-old, goblet-pruned vines grown on a gentle, south-facing slope and named La Lauze du Moulin.

For this first vintage she produces a white Grenache Gris that stands out with its finesse, superb vivacity on the palate and its remarkable length!

Did you know that… ?  Grenache Gris is an unusual varietal in the Languedoc, and is only rarely made into white wine: during the 2017 campaign, only 61 hl ie 8,000 bottles got the Pays d’Oc caution !
